The Chemistry Department in University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar- El Oued is organizing in collaboration with Valorisation and Technology of Saharan Resources Laboratory (VTRS), and Pollution & Waste Treatment Laboratory (PWTL): The first National Seminar meeting entitled: Green chemistry and Natural Products “GCNP’2022” which will take place from March 14 to15, 2022 in University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar- El Oued. GCNP’2022 offers the scientific community the opportunity to present their research work, exchange new ideas in order to share their experiences. The different themes of the first edition of GCNP’2022 aim to bring together researchers, practitioners, and doctoral students to present their research work, and share their experiences and research results, as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Green Chemistry and Natural Products.

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are pleased to invite you to attend the Online 1^stNational Seminar on Green Chemistry and Natural Products“GCNP’2022” will be held at the University of Echahid Hamma Lakhdar-El Oued, Algeria, on March 14-15,2022. The conference solicits contributions of abstracts, papers, and e-posters that address themes and topics in all areas of Green Chemistry and Natural Products are cordially invited for presentation at the conference. The GCNP’2022” aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and educators to exchange and share their experiences and research results, as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Green Chemistry and Natural Products.

 Guidelines for Authors

Please ensure your submission meets the conference's guidelines for accepting scholarly papers.An abstract not exceeding 300 words (11 pt) written in English, Arabic or French must include a brief description of the results obtained.  All submitted conference papers will be blind peer-reviewed by three competent reviewers. The peer-reviewed conference proceedings are indexed in the Open Science Index, Google Scholar, and other index databases.

 Special Journal Issues

 1^stNational Seminar on Green Chemistry and Natural Products“GCNP’2022” has teamed up with the Special Journal Issue on Algerian Journal of Engineering and Technology (ISSN: 2716-9227). All submitted papers will have the opportunity to be considered for this Special Journal Issue. The paper selection will be carried out during the peer review process as well as at the conference presentation stage. The final decision for paper selection will be made based on peer review reports by the Guest Editors and the Editor-in-Chief jointly.
